Role Overview

The Director of Learning & Enablement will build Krista’s Learning & Development function from the ground up. This role is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive training strategy that serves three critical audiences:

  1. Reseller & Implementation Partners – equipping partners to deliver successful Krista implementations.
  2. Client Authors – ensuring Krista authors can manage, expand, and optimize their solutions independently while staying current with platform updates.
  3. Internal Teams – developing onboarding and ongoing training programs for Krista employees, including TAMs, Support Engineers, and Engagement Managers.

This is a hands-on leadership role. In the early stages, the Director will design and build curriculum themselves, while laying the foundation for a scalable L&D function. Over time, this role will grow into a leadership position managing trainers and instructional designers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Krista’s global L&D strategy for partners, clients, and employees.
  • Build and scale a training organization that supports Krista’s growth and ecosystem expansion.
  • Partner with leadership to align training programs with company goals and client success outcomes.
  • Design and build curriculum for partners, client authors, and internal new hires.
  • Create modular, scalable training content (presentations, guides, e-learning, certifications).
  • Deliver training sessions directly in the early stages; build team capacity to scale delivery over time.
  • Create programs that certify reseller and implementation partners on Krista solutions.
  • Develop ongoing education programs for Krista authors to maintain platform expertise.
  • Build a process to keep training content updated with product releases.
  • Design and implement onboarding for all new hires across TAMs, Support, Engagement, and other roles.
  • Create continuous learning programs to strengthen employee performance and scalability.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Enablement, or Training in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven track record of building L&D functions or enablement programs from the ground up.
  • Strong instructional design skills, including curriculum building and content development.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • Hands-on mentality: ability to design and deliver training while building a scalable function.
  • Experience working with partners, clients, and internal employees in training contexts.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Background in workflow automation, AI, or SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with certification programs for partner networks.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital training delivery, and e-learning tools.
